Sunday, 6th July: Annual Workers' Party Wolfe Tone Commemoration at Bodenstown, County Kildare. 3pm.
(Please note change of date). The main oration will be delivered by newly elected Party President Michael Finnegan.
Monday 21st July, Dublin Castle: Protest at the visit to
Dublin of French President Nicolas Sarkozy who has just taken over the Presidency of the EU Council Ministers and has led
calls for a re-run of the Lisbon Treaty which was democratically rejected by the Irish people in the June 12th ballot.
Monsieur Sarkozy was to have travelled to Dublin on 11th July but has now postponed his trip until 21st. He will find
the determination of the Irish people to defend their No vote unchanged.
